If people want to follow aggregators that find great videos to share, those creators deserve to get paid for their work.
Finding amazing viral videos all day is very time-consuming and people like it or they wouldn't be following these creators.
Tell your team to stop persecuting people like this and pulling the rug under them after years building up their accounts.

This is how the algorithm can completely destroy your reach over night. This is the last: Left: 3 months Right: 2 weeks Super consistent 85-95% drop on all metrics. everything after a viral post going ballistic, I tried everything, cool down, delete low quality posts, block bot accounts. Kept posting after cool down, nothing really breaks through. Short hot takes 🛑 Long form with good signal 🛑 Viral potential post 🛑 Core audience value post 🛑 What bothers me here is that 48h after posting a mega viral post I get suppressed back to the Stone Age. This follow previous situations I’ve had with the grok powered algorithm. Where it feels like tweepCred falls far below a certain level, and you’re locked into a low reach prison with every effort to break out is making it harder and harder to do so. I’m asking for transparency on what we can do as content creators when this happens. I don’t want to spam my way out of this. I’d like to know, if I did something wrong, how I can address it, take the responsibility of algorithmic suppression for what ever the length is. But this limbo is most likely going to make me leave the platform.

Yes, that’s exactly what happened to me, plus getting demonetized the day i had the most success with 3 videos going viral one with 58k likes and 3.5k new followers that day.
The prize they gave me for being successful was getting an email saying i was demonetized at midnight after all that.
I know it sounds ridiculous because it is.

Going viral on X will decimate your algorithm and it then becomes a spiral where you get fewer and fewer interactions and your next big banger will get less than the last one until your reach drops to nothing. A fucking retard designed it to work like this.

Yes, agreed, but their reason is still bs.
I aggregated videos and had a scheduler, but it was still a full-time job finding interesting viral videos all day.
People chose to follow me because they liked what I was doing, it's not their place to police what people want to follow or not, I gave them a ton of impressions and added revenue, and exactly when my account grew the most and had the most success was when they decided to pull the rug.
Basically they want people to do this for free now.
I had days my posts got over 50k likes and I grew 3, 6k followers in one day for an account my size that's a lot, how is this considered spam and low effort?
Anyway they will learn the hard way, when their users fall drastically.

“Original content” now just means talking to a camera (0.001% of users do that).
X gets paid off your posts.

This happened after Elon literally told this guy to increase payouts. He did the exact opposite.

X (4M) vs Instagram (82M) vs TikTok (73M) vs YouTube (all for last 14 days except YouTube which wouldn’t let me select for 14 so I did 28). I schedule all my posts. Same time, same clips, same everything. Doing great on all platforms but X. All original content. Likely throttled/shadow banned. Been bad ever since my account bugged out a year ago. Also doing killer on Facebook but I share other content on there so not a fair comparison (even though most views still come from my OC). X does not reward original content.

How are X content creators doing today?
Even with original content, millions of views, impressions & high engagement .. the payouts don’t match.
Creators are now being exploited for their content. I know many creators with hundreds of thousands to millions of followers, high views, high impressions, engagements & their accounts have been absolutely smashed too.
So even following new guidelines does nothing.
Only people that seem to be doing well at the moment are the porn bots & ‘specific’ chosen people from what I hear.
Without creators, X is finished.
Many have already left & after this payout, more will leave for other platforms or spend a lot less time contributing to X.

All the hard work gathering videos since i woke up till I went to bed for people to enjoy watching, and learn what is going on in the West was for nothing.
I guess they expect us to pay our bills and still do this for free.
I also guess all the people that followed me including a day i got like 3,5k followers in just one day, posts with 50k + likes were just “spam”.
