@venkat_fin9 Yes its well supported by All govt plus RBI. You will easily get a home loan on the market value and not on the stamp value. Buyer will simply take the money out frm bank loan and pay to developer in cash. Official way to convert white to black

A ₹60 lakh property in India: ₹18 lakh on paper, stamp duty paid, transaction "official." ₹42 lakh in cash, no record, no tax, no accountability. Its not a loophole. It's the operating standard of Indian real estate. SHAME. #BlackMoney

AVOID @SkodaIndia CARS - MY NIGHTMARE WITH SKODA SERVICE CENTER So I scheduled for the home pickup of my Kylaq for the welcome service (my car had just hit the 1000 km mark). The driver from the service Center arrived early morning, made me sign the form for handover

Alright, suit yourself. I've been in far more difficult situations. And even in those situations, I chose to claim insurance and move on. Why? Because such situations are not worth losing sleep over. Especially when insurance would cover most damage. Coming to the 'had the driver killed someone'. If that has happenef, again law enforcement and insurance will take over. And your car will sit in a police station for a long time unless you go to go to court and get it released. That's how things work. And this is also why people don't even hand over their cars to valets. For one last time: don't lose sleep over a minor thing. Claim insurance and move on. Life's short.

VIDEO | Jabalpur Bargi Dam cruise boat tragedy: Sangeeta Kori, a tourist from Delhi, recounted the tragic accident, stating that sudden strong winds caused water to enter the vessel, leading to panic and its eventual capsizing. She says, “No one was made to wear life jackets beforehand. When water started entering, they hurriedly distributed them, which caused chaos and people started snatching them. Then the cruise capsized. There was a lot of negligence. The pilot of the boat wasn’t listening at all. People from the village were shouting and signaling him to bring the cruise to a safer side, but he kept going the same way, which caused it to overturn suddenly. My brother broke open the storeroom and quickly threw life jackets to people.” #Jabalpur (Full video available on PTI Videos - ptivideos.com)

The DPF clogging panic in India is overblown. Drive 20+ mins regularly? Non Issue, the car runs its own regen cycle and clears the soot itself. The real problem is 5-10 min crawls where regen never gets to complete. Not a DPF issue. A usage issue.

@YMehta_ Many temples implement paid fast-track queues to manage crowds, but it can feel unfair to those who prefer the traditional queue. Such systems often spark debate about balancing devotion with revenue generation.

I went to Siddhivinayak mandir today for darshan. There was a long queue where people were standing to get darshan and glimpse of Ganeshji. Waiting time here is 30-60 mins. Beside that there was a separate section where you need to pay Rs 200 to a guy to get the darshan without getting into the queue. Waiting tim here is 0 mins. Glad that temple are using this opportunity to earn money.

@Paritolkks Ahmedabad feels the same—scorching heat, barely any greenery, broken roads in the new sectors, and yet the flats are already touching crores. The livability gap is just as glaring here.

Gurgaon temperatures in April are already hitting 43°C. During the rains, roads get submerged. In winter, the air feels like smoking a cigarette. Meanwhile, real estate is selling for ₹10–20 crore like it’s nothing. There is a very big gap between livability and pricing. Something really weird.

If a samosa costs ₹40 in a restaurant, why does it become ₹70 on Zomato or Swiggy? People already pay: - Delivery charges - Packaging charges - Platform fees Then why is the food price also increased? The reason is: - These platforms take commission from restaurants - So restaurants increase prices to cover that cost But the problem is: - Customers are not clearly told about this - There is no proper breakdown in the bill So people don’t know why ₹40 food becomes ₹70. This is NOT convenience. This is hidden looting. Show the breakdown on receipts. Let people see who’s taking what. Stop fooling customers in the name of “service.”
