As regards the session on interoperability, it's become clear that Apple doesn't see the Core Technology Fee as incompatible with Art. 6(7). It's difficult however to see how the "free of charge" requirement under 6(7) would be de facto respected by Apple/8

The interoperability part is done. I won't follow the last part about data. All in all, this event has not been useful at all, and it's hard to see that the Commission will launch any near-term enforcement against Apple. To open up the market takes a lot more than this 🧵87/87

Update on skynet-kernel: after learning that a bundler for javascript requires pulling in 70 dependencies, we have decided to make our own bundler in bash. It's going to be about 5 lines of code. 🤷
