@POTUS Start by demanding that the Dept of Ed implement the Joint Consolidated Loan Separation Act. It's been law of the land since October of '22. @usdoegov refuses to implement it. @Navient won't place loans in Administrative Forbearance pending its implementation. @SC_DoUsPart

@SecCardona I work a second job for the sole reason of making my student loan payments. If you appreciate me, you would separate my FFEL Joint Spousal Consolidated Loan soon and not wait until the end of 2024 (at the earliest). Please help us!

@SecCardona Yes! And when in power, they will reverse PL117-200. That is why you need to separate our FFEL Joint Spousal Consolidated Loans NOW!!! Before it's too late. If it's too complicated to figure out the process or if you don't have the funding, then just cancel all JSCLs.

@usedgov @FAFSA Public school teacher 23+ yrs in a high needs area. Can't qualify for PSLF, or any other forgiveness, or even payment pause...until DoE follows the law and separates my FFEL Joint Spousal Consolidated Loans. Please help us, make this a priority.

@militia_2022 @SecCardona @POTUS There are SL borrowers who have not had a pause & interest continues to grow for Joint Consolidation Loan borrowers. I pay approx $788 mth & $788 goes straight to Nelnet investors but @SecCardona is too busy to be bothered to do his sworn duty to execute laws.

Victims of abuse are forced to pay their abusers debts each and every month, in direct violation of VAWA 2022. This economic abuse continues even 4 months after @POTUS signed the joint consolidation loan separation act into law to set them free.

@SecCardona I agree…even teachers who still possess UNLAWFUL joint consolidation loans. The law passed 10/12/22 so that we could access the PSLF but we continue to pay. Please enforce the law and help us. Thank you
