Known for its resourcefulness and ability to operate under cover of night, the Liberty Bandit reflects a distinctly American spirit of independence. Additional updates will be announced in phases, including renaming the skunk (Mephitis mephitis) the Freedom Fogger. 😉

Today my family and I visited Hardin’s greenhouse on their season opening day in Greenup County. Can you believe they’ve been in business as a family since 1918 ?! I had a great conversation with Pauline Hardin, the owner. We bought vegetable plants and flowers for our farm.

Rep. David Morales justified the removal of the mural of Iryna Zarutska "to make sure that every community member who calls Providence home feels safe." It appears that memorializing the murder of an innocent woman makes some feel unsafe... foxnews.com/politics/dem-l…

The executive order calls on the DHS to work with the Social Security Administration to make a list of eligible voters in each state. It also seeks to bar the U.S. Postal Service from sending absentee ballots to people not on each state’s approved voter list.

.@ScottJenningsKY blocked me, he’s very thin-skinned, so I can’t reply directly to him, but I’ll help him here. Americans are angry about the “ballroom” bcuz what he’s doing is illegal, he doesn’t have the authority to do it. And bcuz that House is OUR house, not his. And bcuz, he’s trying to build a fucking palace. Just like we don’t have Kings in America, we don’t have palaces either. And btw, Jennings understands all this, but he’s paid by CNN to say he doesn’t understand.

NEWS: Judge Amit Mehta rules Trump is NOT immune for key Jan. 6 conduct—including his Ellipse rally speech, outreach to officials, and related actions—finding they can be treated as campaign activity, not presidential duties. That means civil lawsuits can move forward. The court also rejected Trump’s First Amendment defense and blocked a DOJ effort that could have shielded him from liability.

President Trump can sign whatever the hell he wants to, but it won’t change the Constitution. The authority to set our election rules belongs to the states — and as Governor, I will protect your right to vote. That includes your right to vote by mail.

It’s time for the House and Senate to grow a pair and get this done Yes, Congress has the constitutional authority to move (or effectively relocate the functions of) the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia to a location in Pennsylvania—or anywhere else it chooses—through ordinary legislation. This stems directly from Article III, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution, which vests the judicial power in “one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish.”
