@letsblinkit Within 3 days, this is the second time I’ve received expired items. @jagograhakjago please take note, dark store name Ashok Nagar. Last time my family got food poisoning. Within 3 days they’ve repeated the same. All they do is offer refund. Please register this issue

@airindia @airvistara All airlines waive off certain baggage as a courtesy. And since I flew international with star alliance only with @lufthansa and this was a connecting flight, expected some understanding from the staff. Europe is politer to Indians than India is to Indians. Horrible.

@richab3596 @airvistara Dear Ms. Bhatia, we understand that your check-in baggage allowance for the domestic sector from BOM to BLR is 15KG. Since you were carrying more than the permitted limit, the excess baggage charges were correctly applied as per the policy. We appreciate your kind understanding.

Imagine flying back from Europe where they were more accommodating to Indians than @airindia was in India. Refused all excess baggage on a Star Alliance ticket, zero courtesy, rude staff. (Ganesh at BOM t2). What a fall from grace. Miss you, @airvistara. #AirIndiaFail
