Congress just introduced a bill to buy 200,000 BTC per year for 5 years and hold it for 20 years. They are considering revaluing the U.S. gold reserves from the 1973 statutory price of $42.22/oz to current market prices to finance Bitcoin accumulation. Bullish!

The sentiment in Bitcoin right now is horrendous. And yet price is still sitting around $77K. I honestly think the mood feels worse now than it did when Bitcoin was at $15K. Back then, everyone knew we were in the wreckage. The fear made sense. But now? Bitcoin is multiples higher, the network is stronger, institutional rails are here, and somehow people still feel defeated. That kind of emotional disconnect is exactly what a bull market uses as fuel. When sentiment is this bad and price refuses to die, that is usually absorption. That is the market quietly telling you that people are under-positioned, exhausted, and still not ready for what comes next. The crowd feels like we are at the lows. Bullish.

Is Bitcoin being manipulated? Bitcoin dumped 5% after the most bullish crypto legislation in US history passed. It is down $4,100 since the CLARITY Act advanced to a full Senate vote, wiping $80 billion from its market cap and liquidating $980 million in positions. The China summit ended with no tariff deal and accelerated the dump further. One of the most bullish news in crypto history just happened and Bitcoin dumped after that.
