Haveli filing last night showed they purchased another 1m shares on 5/14. Haveli and it's affiliates now own well over 20% of outstanding $BLND shares. CFO Ream is from Haveli, and Board member Sheth is Haveli founder

$BLND volume approaching 5x today. nice to see Haveli add another 2 million shares the last few days, wouldnt be surprised to see them adding more again today (big intraday move, was down -16% at one pt). as rates come down later this year this will rip

$BLND K.I.S.S - primed to rip for a few reasons: Warsh will push to lower rates. if Iran deal happens inflation concerns will abate. 10-year has a real chance to move sub 4 this year. all of these will drive mortgage volumes

It is logically incorrect to blame the $NKTR price drop on a "data desert." Since investors already knew there would be a quiet period after the Phase 2 results, that gap in news should already be reflected in the stock price. A real shift in intrinsic value would only occur if the company announced a timeline delay or the need for extra trials. Those events would actually impact the time value of money and increase research costs. The most likely explanation for the decline is that the recent data did not fundamentally change the probability of success for the drug. The initial price jump was likely caused by temporary momentum and market inefficiency. Once investors processed the news, the stock returned to its previous level. Additionally, the company sold a large amount of new stock at $92.00 per share. This created a natural price ceiling and diluted the value of existing shares. So, calling this move a "data desert" is a dishonest way to frame the situation. What do you think?

@JenGriffinFNC Love your work Jennifer. A suggestion if I may to increase engagement: include key insights in your post. Better yet embed videos in your post. Having to click through via an external link is not ideal and (sadly) a lot of folks won't bother clicking through w/o aforementioned

@TheEXECUTlONER_ 1 word: efficiency. better airflow, less heat absorption, arguably easier to push cold air down (roof) vs up (ground) w/ less ductwork needed

This man is in Phoenix, Arizona visiting his daughter. It is 108* there!🥵 He noticed this unit on top of her house and wondered why it isn’t on the ground like most houses. He asked her and she said that was the way it was when they bought the house. Why would this be on top of the roof? I’ve lived in 5 different states and never seen them on the roof. And notice how big it is, it’s huge! Why would they be on the roof? What’s the reasoning? And 108*? Are people really digging a 108* weather? Could you handle that?

@BauerOutage it probably has a lot to do with your '25 production in Japan: one of the highest ERA among qualified starting pitchers in the Central League @ 4.51 ERA in 2025 was considered particularly poor because NPB was experiencing a "dead-ball era" w/ league-wide avg. ERAs mostly <3.50

Hypothetical: You’re the owner of an MLB team. I offer to take $0 salary and sign a minor league contract and go to Low A. If the “he sucks now” crowd is right and I get lit up, you cut me, lose $0 and there’s no risk to the big league club. If the “clubhouse cancer” crowd is right, you see it immediately at Low A and cut me. You lose $0 and there’s no risk to the big league club. If there’s massive negative PR, which we already know there won’t be, you just cut me and move on. The story is dead in a couple days, you lose $0, and there’s no risk to the big league club. But, assuming none of those things happen, which they obviously wouldn’t, if you like what you see, you can promote me to AA and re evaluate me there. Then AAA. Then the big leagues. If I earn it, which you’d be 100% in control of deciding. If you don’t think I’m good enough, you lose $0 and there’s no risk to the big league club. You could take away my “antics”. You could take away my social media. You could ask anything of me. If I don’t comply, you cut me, lose $0, and there’s no risk to the big league club. What logical reason is there to not do this? At worst, you cut me and there’s no risk to the big league club. At best, you get a Cy Young winner for $0 who you know can still pitch and could help the big league team if and when you see fit.

that escalated quickly. +40% out of $CVI, continue to hold $UAN as distributions could exceed $15 this year

$CVI seems to me a great way to play the refining/fertilizer disruption (distributions from $UAN will be strong in Q1). rotated fully out of my $PBF position as it's +90% LTM and although $VLO is best-in-class it's expensive relative to CVR (and lacking fertilizer exposure)

Inspired by @AndrewRangeley recent series on governance dark arts, I thought I’d write up a potential spring-load with $LXU. Not as much torque given they’re RSUs, but the timing is very fishy nonetheless. Earnings are tomorrow after the close.

@Hypertonx last q $UAN downtime coupled with 3rd party air separator delays really hurt them. q1 "should" be quite solid based on Mark's q4 '25 comments and recent robust pricing with nat gas in check. all depends on amn util. rate >95%

Seems to me $UAN is going to print tonight But keep in mind, their Q1 earnings are based off Dec '25 pricing - so the big distributions are coming in August and Nov I haven't tried to triangulate their exact distribution for Q1 but annualized should easily still be over >10%
