@SamsungCareUS what a ridiculous support for your service centre OMB in atlanta GA. They call and leave a voice message to call back regarding my case and in an hours time they cancelled the cases. @SamsungCareUS was working on my case, horrible service

@SamsungUS hello Samsung US - how appalling service, you do the diagnosis and replacing the compressor which is in warranty for 10 years by charging me $800 and telling me there is no guarantee that the refrigerator will work.
