@AskCapitalOne Yes, he’s in the US and not using a VPN. Tried on both his phone and laptop, different browsers, cleared cache, everything. Still just gets the same error that your system is down and to try again later.

@rooaroundworld Definitely get the frustration here. First thing's first: if he hasn't already, have him try clearing cache and cookies or switching browsers/devices. Let us know if that does the trick. ^AJS

Yo @JetBlue, what’s the deal? Got a verification letter from you stating that my flight delay was due to ‘late inflight crew’ (which is definitely controllable by you… get another crew) and yet somehow you’re still telling me my flight isn’t eligible for compensation? Do better.
