Very disappointing, Emirates.
You confirmed my refund on 13 Mar 2025, yet I haven’t received the full amount. I’m stuck with no resolution between you and MakeMyTrip.
Fix this immediately and give a clear update.

@makemytripcare It never works! You people just want to steal money, and all your CSEs do is hang up on customers when they’re questioned. You shouldn’t be operating this at all shut it down completely.

@AirtelIndia @Airtel_Presence Promised resolution by March 19 (as per your app). It’s March 21 and the WiFi is still not fixed. Deadlines mean nothing, but billing is always on time. Is this the service customers are paying for or just empty assurances?

English

Facing constant internet downtime with WiFi for over a month now. Raised complaint earlier but the issue still persists. While the service keeps failing the monthly bill never misses. If this isn’t resolved soon, I’ll disconnect and switch providers. @AirtelIndia @Airtel_Presence

@makemytripcare @makemytrip You misguided me at every step. Told them to reschedule. Never did it. Forced refund request. 7 days. Nothing. Blamed airline. Airline said YOU are responsible.Stranded in Dubai. Expired visa. War zone. Nothing left. This is cheating. @MEAIndia #Refund

@PallaviRYBell97 @makemytripcare @makemytrip @MEAIndia They do it with everyone, it is an opportunity for this company to make money, ask them to reschedule or ask Indian government to intervene

@KotakBankLtd An incorrect interest charge has been added to my credit card statement, and the same amount has also been deducted from my available credit limit. This is not acceptable. Please review my account urgently, reverse the charge, and restore my credit limit.

Dear Ayoshi,
We have reviewed your feedback through CCTV footage and internal inquiry. Please note that the concerned passenger was carrying 3 liquor bottles without a Security Tamper-Evident Bag (STEB), which is prohibited in cabin baggage as per regulatory guidelines. He was advised to transfer the items to checked-in baggage but, due to imminent boarding, voluntarily disposed of them in the designated collection box, in accordance with standard practice.
As per security regulations, liquids, aerosols, and gels (LAGs) exceeding the permissible limit—whether purchased at airport outlets, vending machines, or on board—are not allowed through security checkpoints unless carried in an untampered and valid STEB along with the purchase receipt. The duty personnel adhered to standard protocols and did not retain or seize the items; therefore, the allegation is unsubstantiated.
We are committed to transparent, regulation-compliant procedures while ensuring the safety and security of all passengers.

@AdaniGroup @CISFHQrs
Absolutely unacceptable. My brother was forced by CISF at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport to discard a whiskey legally purchased from Abu Dhabi Duty Free, despite showing the receipt. They wanted to keep it for themselves, instead of thrwng
English

@CISFAirport Dear team, it's been so many days and I'm still awaiting your response on the claims you made which are not true please revert to me ASAP.
English

@CISFAirport Passengers trust that post security duty-free purchases are compliant. People work hard and look forward to returning home happily. Experiences like this leave them upset and helpless. Requesting better passenger handling and appropriate compensation for the loss caused.
English

@CISFAirport No practical solution was explained he was not guided about check-in transfer or escalation to a supervisor. He was told only two options: dispose of it or hand it over. With boarding time approaching, this was not a real choice.
English

@CISFAirport I have travelled earlier from Dubai to India multiple times with duty-free liquor in the same packaging and was never stopped. This was the first time such an objection was raised, which made the situation confusing and distressing.
English

@CISFAirport At Mumbai security, the CISF officer himself opened the outer plastic seal and only after opening he said the packaging was not acceptable. This put him in a very difficult position.
English

@CISFAirport @CSMIA_Official @CISFHQrs Sharing the image of the purchased package before it was sealed. It was handed to him in a proper retail duty-free box, with the outer wrapping sealed by the duty-free executive exactly as issued by the store after security and immigration clearance.

English

@CISFAirport I want to clarify again that the liquor bottles were purchased from Abu Dhabi Duty Free after completing security & immigration. They were handed to my brother sealed exactly as packed by the duty-free store. He did not open, tamper or alter the package in any way.
