@RoomsToGo We would understand if it was a custom design on furniture but it was standard items and still NO RETURN POLICY.

Shop info for @RoomsToGo There is a no return policy when you buy in the store. We spoke with a manager today and he stated that sales reps do not have talk about the No return policy because @RoomsToGo does not have a policy! But they do for ONLINE purchase
@RoomsToGo@RoomsToGo did respond saying they do not have e a return policy for in store purchases and that there sales agents do not notify customers because you don’t have a policy. Also tried to work up a dual solution and @roomstogo declined. States they have no return policy.

Well yo let everyone know if you shop in store at @RoomsToGo please note there is a No Return Policy! Order in line and at least you have a 48 hour return policy.

Anyone have advice on getting out of @HiltonGrandVac I have tried to use their Resale group with no communications? Not happy customer and still cannot get out of this scheme. I have been a member for over 20 years and still cant get out! Help
