Many groups excluded, including those coerced into settlement, therefore rewarding those who did not comply, but adding promoters fees to tax liability in new settlement, money people didn’t receive, SHAM!

People are now being asked to pay only income tax, no NI & no interest, on money they earned 10 years ago. No adjustment for the time value of money. Only those who cheated HMRC’s previous deadline on a charge that came into effect 7 years ago, are given these concessions 🤷♂️

- it’s a punishment strategy
- Contractors weren’t offered the more generous deals given to others
- before Nov 2015 the Courts had not sided with HMRC
- before 9/12/2010 the law was not clear.
Yet none of that was then acted upon.
