Okay so my conclusion about MCP after reading one thousand comments is.... Everyone seems confused and equally confident 🥲 Some believe MCP is the future and is superior, others call for using/extending existing specs like OpenAPI. I lean towards extending existing specs tbh

I still don't get why MCP exists and what it does differently than having an API. Yes, it's built "for AI specifically" but AI is already capable of using APIs. And we have tons of good protocols/frameworks already. Srsly, I can't be the only one here thinking this?

@roshanpateI Investment in UX is sorely needed. Product is not nearly in the place I would expect it to be at this stage. Especially if you're not in the US. Hodge-podge, buggy, hard to understand. It's all solvable though. Holding out hope, but uncomfortable giving them more use cases.
