@AnglianWater we are completely without water in Hundon & the last update on your site was over 5 hours ago at 13.08 when there was no estimate for restoration of water supply. Can you please give an update on the works & likely timings.

@RMsupport_mail I had to actually go to the sorting office (only open 8am to 10am!!) as the only resolution and got my parcels. They had been incorrectly sorted. The only way to deal with local problems like this to to speak to the local office why do you make it impossible?

@RoyalMailHelp i need to speak to the Penzance sorting office urgently, your general phone line has a 40 minute wait! Last time I had this problem the resolution was to speak to the office direct, can you please dm me the number?

@GWRHelp Not good enough, the trains run to a timetable so they’re not exactly catching you out, you should be able to supply food unless circumstances are truly exceptional. We paid a fortune for our tickets & expecting to get lunch on the train so it’s go hungry or eat sugary snacks.

@duolingo why can I no longer choose when to claim my triple xp bonus? I usually earn it in the evening when I would like to use it, but it’s now blocked until the next day when it pings in automatically, usually at an inconvenient time. The recent changes are very demotivating!

@AirbnbHelp there seems to be a problem with the desktop website (windows 11, chrome). I can't see Messages (as a host) just get a blank page. I have deleted site data & cookies and still have a problem. Mobile app is fine.
