Booked a Tatkal Sleeper ticket today from kanpur central to New Delhi. Filled every detail in seconds, but IRCTC kept showing- "We are experiencing high load." Tried repeatedly, Then my ID got locked out. Minutes later, every seat was gone. So the question is - who actually gets these Tatkal tickets?
