How can someone who claims to be "America 1st" NOT BE CONCERNED if he is giving a platform to a Russian intelligence officer who spends the vast majority of the entire show spitting lies about American patriots? At this point, you have to ask yourself, is this journalism, or is it now a Russian propaganda platform?

The @NYCMayor Mamdani pied a terre tax (the PAT tax) will likely reduce overall tax revenues for NY and that’s before considering the capital flight it will cause. When a NYC home is burdened with an additional annual tax, the home value will decline by the capitalized value of that new tax. While the PAT tax is set at 5%, it is 5% of the assessed value of the home, which is generally substantially less than its market value. Assessed values are typically a fraction, let’s say 6%-15%, of the market value of a home and/or apartment so economically the PAT tax should be approximately 0.3%-0.75% of the market value of the home. Using a 4% cap rate, a 0.3%-0.75% PAT tax should reduce market values and annual real estate tax collections by 7.5%-18.75% assuming people believe the tax will be payable annually over the long term. The impact on current real estate values is not just on owners whose primary residence is elsewhere. As such, the value of all NYC residential real estate is going to decline. This will lead to substantially reduced assessed values and lower overall real estate tax collections. And all of the above is before considering capital flight as more wealthy NYers leave the city and the desirability of NYC residential real estate declines. Tell me why I am wrong.

A reporter asked Mamdani why he turned down Jewish applicants for his committee to appoint judges. There is a pattern here that 9/11 families recognize: a refusal to begin first with innocent victims, favoring instead to first explain, contextualize, or rationalize away the terrorist and their atrocities — and then condemn those with the moral clarity to see all that, who dare to object, as “racist.” All this reflects a troubling erosion of moral clarity — and a demeaning of victims and even one’s own self and self-dignity — when terrorism and crimes against humanity are excused or minimized instead of receiving the universal condemnation they deserve. Time and again, 9/11 families feel, when the moment arrives to stand firmly for decency, courage, and innocent victims of terror, Mamdani chooses political avoidance over principle, deflection over conviction, dissembling over accountability, and silence over human dignity. All of this is why the 9/11 families don’t want Mamdani there. Ground Zero is a sacred place to mourn, to remember, to honor—and to hope. It’s a place of heroes. The pain and grief born from that day have not gone away. The problem with playing historian and theologian on the internet is that eventually the actual historical record catches up with you. America wasn’t founded by a bunch of “Protestant Calvinists” Allie. And it sure was founded by Jews. The colonies were made up of Anglicans, Presbyterians, Congregationalists, Quakers, and Catholics. We know you hate Catholics Allie, but just so you know, Maryland was founded as a Catholic colony by Lord Baltimore and named after Queen Henrietta Maria, a Catholic. That’s history I know you don’t like, but it’s the truth. And while we’re at it, stop pretending America was founded as some “Judeo-Christian nation.” The Founding Fathers weren’t Jewish, and that phrase is propaganda people like you use to manipulate Americans to never waver from supporting the terrorist state of Israel. If you’re going to lecture everyone on theology and American history, at least get the history right. Allie, sit this one out. You’re not a theologian, or a historian. A day of meetings today but three are of note: a British Jew, a tech guy, and an American-Israeli. Curious that each of them asked me, “Why are you so pro-Israel?” And it’s a weird answer because I’m not, in the sense they meant. I’m not a cheerleader: I have very happily criticised Israeli strategy; some of the IDF’s social media idiocy; events like the WCK strike; and people like Netanyahu/Ben Gvir/Smotrich and chums. But here are my foundational principles for my analysis: 1) Israel is a good country, an ally; after the Holocaust, Jews deserve a homeland and their ancestral lands are the perfect place for it to be. Jews are more indigenous to Judea than Arabs from Arabia, but Israel is a country that embraces both if someone wants to be an Israeli and live in peace. I've been to Israel. I've seen it firsthand. Israelis are not white Europeans. 2) The history of what is now Israel isn’t black and white; it’s complex with challenging ethical considerations on both sides, and there are no easy (or obvious) solutions to the current situation. 3) Having seen the 7th October massacre sites firsthand, it is unquestionable that Hamas deserve to all die in flames. Monsters. I don't usually agree with dehumanisation but Hamas have forfeited any claim to humanity. Therefore Israel’s war against them is just. 4) Civilians die in war, as an horrific corollary to combat, and from all my observations, Israel is setting the gold standard for civilian protection in modern warfare. 5) My ire is roused by the lies, and abuse of international law by Israel's, and the West's, enemies. The accusations of genocide and apartheid are unconscionably malign. As something of an expert in the field of disinformation, the patterns of this false information and its spread are nakedly clear to see. 6) The celebrations of 7 October in London were the most awakening and horrific political event I've seen in my lifetime. That variations have been allowed to continue weekly on our capital's streets is, to me, an obscenity. I will never not stand with my British countrymen and women against antisemitism. So that's my position. Just to be very clear. I don’t have an agenda, I just call it how I see it. And that’s how I see it.

The NYC 18 - member Advisory Commission on the Judiciary has no Jewish members. Mamdani appoints half the members. Jews make up 10% of the city population and depending on who you listen to are between 35% and 50% of attorneys here. Jewish organizations are saying there should be some Jews on the commission, in other words, a quota based on their population and makeup of the legal profession. My memory is that whenever affirmative action was discussed that Jewish organizations always expressed opposition to quotas, but apparently not anymore. Dear Black People, Start demanding quotas and ask Jewish organizations to support your demand.

Mamdani's finance department then told longtime New Yorkers to prove they live in their own homes in four weeks, or pay. The list was so careless it flagged the finance commissioner's own house.
