Event Summary Since February 2025, Coinbase has repeatedly sent my withdrawal funds to a wrong and non-existent bank account ending in 0402 instead of my correct HSBC US account (*******1625). This repeated error has caused my funds to be lost for months, despite multiple complaints and escalation. 2. Transaction & Error Timeline • Feb 24, 2025 – Deposit $400 USD to Coinbase (Deposit ID: RTL-TAVV36BG) → Successful Feb 25, 2025 – Deposit $222 USD to Coinbase (Deposit ID: RTL-TPWLJ6ZQ) → Successful System error: Coinbase still displayed wrong SWIFT account ****0402 #可以存款成功但卻提款失敗的 @CoinbaseSupport Feb 25, 2025 – Withdrawal $100 USD to HSBC US (Correct account: ********1625) Coinbase withdrawal system still showed ****0402 Transaction ID: FX99LUZW9M → Funds never received (still missing as of NOV 11, 2025) Mar 4, 2025 – Second withdrawal $10,499 USD to HSBC US (*******1625) System still showed ****0402 Transaction ID: 8J3KJ4ZH2T → Funds still missing as of NOV 11, 2025 Apr 8, 2025 – Coinbase confirmed that funds were refunded by the bank but were resent to the wrong account again (Case #22563260) Jun 2, 2025 – Coinbase repeated the same error and resent the funds to the wrong account ****0402 even after I deleted this account from my withdrawal methods. 🚨 Coinbase Internal Error & Possible Data Breach: My Funds Have Been Missing for Almost One Year As Coinbase prepares for its first-ever ICO on Nov 17, I feel compelled to share my case — a cautionary story that exposes serious risks for users depositing funds through Coinbase. 💰 My Case: Missing Funds Since February 2025 I have only one U.S. HSBC bank account (ending in 1625) which can receive deposits but not make withdrawals. Coinbase repeatedly sent my withdrawal funds to a wrong and non-existent account (ending in 0402) — even after I deleted this account from my withdrawal methods. Despite multiple complaints, Coinbase still required me to provide internal remittance codes (RTL/PLS) that only their own banking partners (Standard Chartered Singapore) can access. As an external customer, I have no authority or ability to provide such internal codes. Yet, Coinbase continues to push this responsibility onto me. 📅 Timeline of Errors Feb–Mar 2025: Multiple deposits successful, but withdrawals to HSBC failed. Apr–Jun 2025: Coinbase confirmed refund but resent funds to the wrong account again. Nov 2025: Still unresolved — funds remain trapped inside Coinbase & Standard Chartered Singapore’s internal systems. Case Numbers: 22563260, 22663332, 22865905, 23264637, 23664840, 👉Latest Complaint case number: 24847126 ⭐️Claim Case #23663929⭐️ 🧾 Proven by Documents MT103 receipts confirm funds sent to a non-existent account (****0402). HSBC U.S. statements confirm no incoming funds. Coinbase support acknowledges the issue but has taken no effective action for almost a year. ⚠️ Possible Link to Internal Data Leak Recently, ABMedia reported that Coinbase’s outsourced support partner, TaskUs India, allegedly leaked sensitive user data. If true, this may explain why internal transfer data and accounts were misused or corrupted, causing real customers’ funds to vanish without trace. 🗣️ My Request to @Coinbase @CoinbaseSupport Return my funds to the **correct HSBC account (**1625) or back to my Coinbase account. Provide a written timeline for resolution. Confirm that user data and internal routing codes were not compromised. 🙏 Why I’m Speaking Out No customer should lose access to their own money due to internal system failures or data leaks. As Coinbase launches new tokens like $MON (Monad), users deserve transparency and accountability — not silence.
