2023 is going to be a bloodbath. The lack of RevPAR will push housing into a 2008-like crash caused by post-2019 novice STR investors who bought marginally rentable homes at high prices that oversaturated markets. With no cash flow & high rates, who's buying those homes?📉🧨🏘️

Cusco: I find myself observing these cuts in the stone, which are truly unique. To date, there are no similar ones in any known archaeological site. This is evidence that is either not discussed or, at best, ignored. It does not appear in any technical or academic report. Furthermore, the type of tool used to make these cuts is unknown. The drill bit in the stone is at least half a meter deep, and everything indicates a rotational movement and pressure exerted from top to bottom, but the speed of the tool had to remain constant, and the material could not have been copper or bronze. Seeing this image, I can affirm that an ANCIENT HIGH TECHNOLOGY did indeed exist.

Last year, archaeologists discovered a previously unknown Tiwanaku temple in the Bolivian Andes, revealing the complex trade and ritual interaction networks of this powerful pre-Inka state, and it was some of our most-read research of 2025! Read it 🆓 doi.org/10.15184/aqy.2…

Thomas Massie just declared: “This government is under siege.” And he exposed Susie Wiles and Pam Bondi for taking “millions of dollars from Bayer.” “All three branches of this government are under siege by lobbyists and lawyers from a German company named Bayer.” “They spent over $9 million lobbying … so that they don’t have to be liable for any damages their herbicide Roundup causes.” “The Constitution guarantees people a trial if they’ve been harmed.” “Why are we contemplating going against the Constitution?” “The Attorney General has opined favorably for this German company in front of the Supreme Court about getting rid of any liability that they should have for any damages.” “By the way, the President’s Chief of Staff and the President’s Attorney General worked for one of the biggest lobbying firms that’s received millions of dollars from Bayer.” “Maybe that’s why we’ve seen an executive order that says that the production of this chemical from this German company is a national defense priority.” “And we know why they’re doing that.” “It’s to keep them from having any liability.” “This is wrong.” “We shouldn’t succumb to the lobbyists, not in the executive branch, not in the judicial branch, and certainly not here in Congress.”

Unregistered megalithic site, DEEP in the Ancash region of Peru. Took several hours to drive from the nearest town, and then a several hour hike to make it to the location. 100% worth the effort. More to come!

HALLAZGOS EN ESPIRITUPAMPA (Cusco)... Historias Curiosidades

Malta’s mysterious underwater cart ruts How was it possible to replicate & prolong the extensive maltese groove track network below the water surface?
Dr. Henry "Indiana" Jones, Jr. 🤠@MC_Floh

@GANJARAMBO420 The #Grooves are deep, #tracks are wide, areas are huge (#Malta). Firm Maltese lower coralline limestone is hard & resistant to wear & tear (Mohs:4-5). Who/what left them behind? Well-preserved #Cart #ruts left by vast wheels/vehicles & moved by #giants? 🧐🤔 #Hancock

Archaeologists rarely talk about this Inca site in northern Peru. Hidden deep in the Amazonas cloud forests lies Cochabamba, we find ruins at the edge of Chachapoyas territory. Precision stonework, engineered drainage, and ceremonial architecture show just how far the Inca empire expanded — far beyond Cusco’s heartland.

Nexus Daily

@RjNol Why is the photo distorted? The actual site, while very impressive, doesn’t look like this.
