We’re told a 1°C temperature rise is proof of man made climate catastrophe. Yet over billions of years, earth has seen far greater swings, ice ages, warming periods, all without fossil fuels. At what point do we question the narrative instead of blindly funding it?

@ScottMcGready I think it's very well established that exams are, in fact, the fairest way to assess. Continuous assessment/coursework is nowhere near as robust and favours kids from better-off backgrounds.

A fantastic idea. Continual assessment vs point-in-time 1hr 45 makes so much more sense.

@CMochan Just because a vote didn’t go the way you wanted doesn’t mean Parliament is broken. That’s the whole point. It was a close vote (I’m still on the fence). Sure, be sad it didn’t pass, but celebrate that we at least have the ability to vote on such issues?

Unfortunately Holyrood has again not acted in line with the vast majority of this country. People want a compassionate choice for those who are terminally ill, and now there is none. Far too few meaningful bills make it through this Parliament. We must do better.
