@Experian by far the WORST CUSTOMER service I have ever experienced. Talking to a bot. With no option to talk to a human. And the fake keyboard sound after you have spoken your answer ... Wow! This takes the cake for ZERO customer empathy. And my problem wasn't even solved!!
