3.2 acres of Umbrian olive grove, in a hillside village whose castle was built as a Roman outpost during the war with Hannibal. €269k ($314k). Agello sits midway between Perugia and Lake Trasimeno, where in 217 BC Hannibal destroyed a Roman army of 25,000 men in three hours. Historians have called it the largest ambush in military history. The property: a single-storey villa, 2 bedrooms, an outbuilding with a wood-fired oven, and 1.3 hectares of olive grove and garden. Potential to expand the house and add a pool. 20 minutes from Perugia, 10 minutes from the lake and 2.5 hours from Rome. Not the largest but it has everything one might need imo.

my mom said she’s finally ready to join the family compound on Cello Acres and be a part of what we’re building here. This will be huge for the kids to have grandma around permanently and here with family till the end of her days. the generational family mindset is winning.

Very diverse and interesting day. Caught & wrestled a neighbors escaped ram. CLM meetings about conferences, chapter development, and land acquisitions. More CLM interviews published and scheduled. Cleaned out a barn on my farm and prepared for a transition in its use. Set up the play hose for the kids (got soaked). Planted asparagus with the baby. Sun ain’t set yet so I’m wondering what’s next on this old farm….

@HealthRanger I'm a loner by nature and a prepper at heart, but as we close in on these situations becoming a reality in my lifetime, I can understand the need to band together with others who collectively can contribute a variety of survival skills -- food production, whatever...

Word of advice. Anyone who thinks engineered global depopulaton is a "conspiracy theory" will be among the first to be depopulated by it. Prepare to survive engineered global famine and energy lockdowns. Or go the way of the Dodo Bird.

Adobe tiny house. All in this cost me about $5k and a few months of labor. Built the house first in a month for about $1k but then added deck, patio, shower, electrical, tile floor etc.

I have been quite deliberate in crafting the way my life is. You don't always get what you want, but I've always had a vision. Today I walked through the kitchen and saw my children's lunchboxes that Mrs W had packed. (Pic in comments) When I met Mrs W I tried to calculate her mothering potential and figured she would be sensational. (I was right) I put a ring on it as fast I could. (Slower than I liked!) I want to have my children around me. I want to feed them food that I grew. I want to work outside. I want healthy animals. I want to be a part of something bigger - whatever that means. With everything, there are tradeoffs. This arvo I was trying to draft an email to send a special out to our list. Otto and Theo wanted to give me a massage to earn points and Pokemon cards. I had a phone call from a client with a freight issue. Who even knows where Esme was. Chaos. Not peaceful. Not a quiet candid photo that you'd see in some beautiful homestead scene. I still have to collect egg, bring firewood up, catch up on emails and do all the other stuff. But, I'm aware enough to stand back and take it all in. I don't need to hear from 1000 oldies that "these are the best days". I know they are. Thanks to everyone who puts up with kids in the background on phonecalls and typos/delays on emails. Thanks to my pigs for moving them a couple days late. Thanks to my cattle for putting up with a salt tub that ran dry! Thanks to Mrs W 🙏

One advantage of building your own house is the level you can dial in your daily experience and aesthetics. The best view in the house is from the kitchen table. 3 meals/day plus homeschooling. We can see our gardens, orchard, pond and usually a few critters.

high maintenance things i do to stay low maintenance • wax my entire body every month (the hairs get finer and sparse with every waxing sesh too), so i don’t have to shave everyday • buy solid gold jewellery so i can wear beautiful pieces forever without taking them off/worrying about tarnishing • buy high quality linen, cotton and 100% silk clothing items so they can be worn longer • take care of my skin with good products, so i don’t have to wear heavy makeup • invest in a high quality foundation so i don’t have to worry about breaking out • take care of my nails so they naturally grow stronger and longer so i dont have to get fake nails every other week • moisturize my hair ends every day with a good leave-in conditioner so i don’t have to trim split ends every other month • take care of my hormonal health/diet so i can maintain good health/radiance naturally instead of suddenly realizing that i have let myself go, which takes a lot more effort to bounce back from • red light a few times a week + a good sunscreen every day to keep my skin healthy and protected • face yoga and scalp massages every day to keep my fascia hydrated even as i grow older • 100% silk pillowcases to keep my skin and hair soft

Remember I told you the earth disaster narrative was about to be taken-over... It's 70% complete and the observers are letting it happen. Everything given to you on a silver platter... 16 years of my life, ZERO days off... everyone said it was impossible. You lazy fucks...

If McDonald's stuffed their McMuffin with this, it would take the world by storm. It's crispy bacon on the bottom, a runny egg and Sargento American cheese on top. You could even make these with crumbled sausage or diced ham. Air fry the egg at 400 for 9-10 minutes. The cheese takes another minute. Link for the muffin top pan below.
