I just built a Claude skill that acts as a second brain for DTC brands 🤯 Drop your ad exports, customer reviews, competitor screenshots, and brand docs into a folder → Claude compiles it all into an organized wiki you can ask questions against. All inside Claude Cowork. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies whose knowledge is scattered across Google Drive, Notion, Meta Ads Manager, Figma, and 47 spreadsheets nobody has opened in 3 months. If every strategic question takes 2 hours to answer because the data lives in 8 different places ... This skill eliminates the entire loop: → Claude scaffolds a DTC folder structure: ads, customers, competitors, brand, performance, notes → You drop every file you have into those folders — messy, unorganized, exactly how you have them now → Claude reads everything and compiles a wiki: hooks-that-work, customer-pains, competitor-angles, brand-voice, performance-patterns, creative-brief-library → Every article is cross-linked and traceable back to the source file → You ask questions against the wiki — "what hooks are actually working?" "what objections come up most?" "where are my competitors weak?" → Claude answers, grounded entirely in your own data → Save the answers back in and the system gets smarter every time you use it No more hunting through 12 tools. No more "where did I save that brief?" No more answering the same question twice. What you get: → A complete DTC brand brain scaffold in 60 seconds → Six core wiki articles Claude populates automatically from your raw files → A schema file that tells Claude exactly how to maintain the wiki for DTC use cases → Monthly health checks that catch contradictions and flag gaps before errors compound → A knowledge base that compounds — every question you ask makes the next answer better Built on a methodology @karpathy shared for personal knowledge bases, I rebuilt the entire thing for DTC operators: folder structure, schema rules, wiki articles, and question frameworks all tuned for brands and agencies. I put together the full skill file plus a playbook walking through the exact setup and 5 real questions to ask your brand brain. Anthropic ran its entire marketing operation with just one person. 𝑨 $380 𝑩𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒑𝒂𝒏𝒚. Paid search. Paid social. SEO. Email. App stores. One non-technical operator handling everything—for 10 months. I broke it down. Compared it with every system we’ve built across clients. Then asked: If I had to rebuild this from scratch—what would it actually look like? Turns out, the architecture is simpler than you think. I mapped it all into a 47-page PDF you can upload directly into any LLM. It walks you step-by-step through building your own system. 𝐈 𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐬 𝐚 $10k+ 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢-𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬. I just built a Claude skill that audits your entire Google Ads account in under 5 minutes 🤯 One prompt → a full account score, wasted spend breakdown, and a prioritized fix list telling you exactly what to change this week. All inside Claude Cowork. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who are running Google Ads but have no idea how much budget is leaking. If you're managing Google Ads and your "optimization" process is logging in, staring at the dashboard, sorting by cost, and hoping you spot the problem before it costs you another $500... This audit skill finds it for you: → Connects to your live Google Ads data via MCP → Scores your account across 6 dimensions: wasted spend, search term quality, keyword health, quality scores, budget allocation, and creative performance → Calculates your exact wasted spend in dollars — search terms burning budget with zero conversions → Flags quality score issues dragging up your CPCs → Identifies keyword cannibalization across campaigns → Surfaces your top 5 highest-priority fixes ranked by budget impact → Generates a clean audit report you can hand to a client or share with your team No CSV exports. No pivot tables. No guessing where the money went. What you get: → A single Claude skill file you install once → An account health score (0-100) every time you run it → Exact dollar amount of wasted spend identified → Prioritized action list — not "optimize your account," but "pause these 12 search terms and save $847/month" → Works with any Google Ads account connected I'm giving away the full audit skill — the actual .md file you drop into Claude and run against your own account. 2026 will see a lot of articles commenting on SpaceX's orbital data center (ODCs) plans. like this one, most will contain little to no depth, reference expert skeptics and certainly zero first principles. I'd highly suggest arming yourself with actual math and physics backed information. We've dedicated 100+ hours over the last 2.5 months to understanding this topic and specifically SpaceX's role in it. These are our top 3 analyses on ODCs, that you may want to spend the time to understand. - Cooling/Radiators analysis (most popular): research.33fg.com/analysis/debun… - Location of first ODCs: why SSO matters research.33fg.com/analysis/where… - Energy breakeven research.33fg.com/analysis/orbit…

BEHIND THE CURTAIN: Elon Musk believes SpaceX has cracked the code on building orbiting data centers to power AI — and plans to fund the audacious vision through its IPO. Musk and other top AI execs believe that earthbound data centers will become politically toxic and less efficient than space. axios.com/2026/01/19/ai-…

Hahah literally had a similar BL issue with our open source mesher. Difference is when you encounter this issue in open source you can just debug the source, find the unsupported edge case, and file a PR to be fixed that week. You are pretty much shit out of luck with proprietary software until they get to your crash report and delegate a fix which could be never.

SAM3D dropped this week, and I had to try my usual quick 2D to 3D test. I clicked on the 3D view inside an engineering drawing, and SAM3D segmented it instantly and generated a full 3D mesh. From one image. No extra views or depth data. Boom.

📍 everyone talks map rankings 💡 nobody talks data layering we took a 3 month old GBP and built a full structured data map around it. citations were embedded inside schema, not dumped on random directories. 🔹 site intent tuned 🔹 internal link flow fixed 🔹 citation signals connected with schema 🔹 entity map completed the result —> it’s now outranking a 9 year old business with 2k reviews. I just finished a 30 page ebook showing the exact GBP signal setup, page layout, and data layers we used. 🎁 giving it free for now comment hi and I’ll send the full pdf

Nano Banana + Veo 3 + n8n is legitimately wild 🤯 This automation generates hundreds of UGC videos from a single product photo. Fully automated inside n8n. Perfect for DTC brands & creative agencies scaling paid social. Most brands face the same bottleneck: You need 50+ creative variations to beat ad fatigue. But creating scripts, filming, and editing that volume takes weeks and costs thousands. This n8n system solves it: → Drop ONE product image into n8n form → Nano Banana creates 20-50 visual variations automatically → Each variation flows into Veo 3 for video generation → AI generates natural UGC scenarios (unboxings, demos, testimonials) → Videos auto-saved to Box for instant access No scripting. No filming. No editing bottlenecks. What you get: Dozens of UGC videos from one upload → Costs pennies per video → Full commercial ownership → Perfect for testing angles at scale Built 100% in n8n. @TimDGoodwin It was like 500-600 words. We didn't use AI for them. Structure is basically: Intro USP of products Why it's better than competitors Closing with internal links to other relevant Collection pages

The SEO strategy that helped me almost 2x organic traffic to transactional pages in 2 months: I built a f*ck ton of Collection pages. 93 of them, to be exact. The brand sold compression sleeves and compression socks. So, I found keywords targeting every possible use case for those products: > ankle compression sleeve > baseball compression sleeve > plantar fasciitis compression sleeve > compression socks for swollen feet > running compression socks > compression socks for standing all day Built a Collection page targeting each of those keywords. And waited for Google to index and rank them. Since a lot of these keywords were long-tail keywords, they were low-competition and easy to rank for. So, many of them hit the top-5 positions pretty quickly and started driving organic traffic and sales. There's no better SEO strategy for DTC brands than this.
