@SgianChris @Uber @FreeNow_UK @bolt Can understand that from a drivers perspective but why does Uber offer a pre-book service if it can’t control the whims of its drivers? I had the impression I was locking in a trip to the airport whereas in reality I would’ve been better just taking my chances finding a driver
