@IndiGo6E My friend was returning from Goa to Germany via Istanbul on 4th February 2026. Once he reached Istanbul he found that his luggage was missing. He tried contacting indigo through email and call from Germany but no results.

So I tried to contact @IndiGo6E and I got similar results. Till now there's no clarity regarding the status of the luggage and how @IndiGo6E is planning to resolve the issue. @DGCAIndia please look into this casual behaviour and harassment international tourists have to face.

@amazonIN Never had such a bad shopping experience with Amazon ever. I understand automation and technology, but there is a major problem with customer service which needs to be addressed and the entire situation is as if we have become slaves to technology.

@airtelindia @airtelindia It's been about 3 weeks but I'm still not able to get a new broadband connection from @airtelindia. I have tried calling your customer care representatives several times, but there seems to be some technical issues still unsolved. Poor service guys @airtelindia.

@whirlpool_india Extremely disappointed with your after sales service. I called your customer care number on 7th June, 2023 for some issues with my AC. Still nobody has rectified the issues. You should not sell your products if you cannot provide after sales service.

@AOSmithin has the worst customer support and after sales service. I would definitely not recommend anyone to purchase AO Smith products after what I have been facing. I have always been told that spares are not available. My only question to @AOSmithin is why sell your products?
