@Budget JFK strikes again….we landed early and with allllll the cars they have in the lot they are not ready for us. Like seriously? #fastbreak is #worthless

@Budget your DTW Airport location is a disaster. car assigned & no location in the app. Get on the wrong line bc you have Avis, Budget & Payless all together with only Avis signage. “Helpful” agent is like your location is on your app….if it was would I be standing on this line?

@Hertz need a fact check. I rented a car today in Mendoza Argentina Airport & my options were pay the extra $16 per day for basic insurance or leave a $25K deposit. Yes that is $25,000 dollars. Sounds like a rip off esp since my credit card offers it and Im also Presidents Club.

I want to thank the amazing crew on my @LATAM_CHI @LATAMAirlinesUS flight from SCL to EZE LA463 this morning at 7am. They took my @Delta status seriously and over 90 mins checked up on me constantly and thanked me for my loyalty! Thank you, thank you, thank you.
