NASA’s Artemis II livestream really makes you appreciate @SpaceX’s launch broadcasts. Bad camera tracking, no onboard cameras, countdown timer disappeared, NASA even showed people in the crowd instead of stage separation lol. The screen also blacked out twice during the first 10 seconds of the launch.

@AnnLee28809307 @BIMBOMINDSET Yep. I often think, I was totally neglected and had to figure it all out myself starting VERY early, and now I’m supposed to be the bigger person and accept all their insanely huge flaws. Fun!

@BIMBOMINDSET I can't speak for everyone, but a lot of Gen X-ers had to grow up and start adulting at a very young age. After doing it for 30-40 years you just get tired and want to go back to your brief, interrupted childhood stage.

i wonder if our parents generation also had to deal with this but i’ve noticed a trend among everyone that i know that it seems like their parents are regressing emotionally. like it feels like all my friends have to parent their parents and idk if that has to do w aging or what

Some squirrely white guy walking up to a bunch of black guys and telling them they are “foot soldiers of a fascist regime” is the absolute state of the modern left. Just beyond parody.

I found Mere Christianity and The Search For God, both by C.S. Lewis, to be far more moving than TCFC. Maybe it’s the calming yet authoritative British accent in the audiobook narration lol. I credit both of these with shaping my current beliefs…I was always what I called a “hopeful agnostic,” def more on the belief side than atheist side, but leaned more and more toward belief in recent years, and these two books really cemented some things for me.

@ZachGregor I read The Case for Christ and found it uncompelling. What book would be more compelling.

I’m super happy and content being agnostic. My Christian wife has done a great job of respecting this in recent years. But lately she’s started pressuring me to read apologetics and trying to convince me to be saved. What do I do, gang?

High-dose nattokinase (10,800 FU daily) reversed arterial plaque in 95% of patients over 12 months and had zero side effects. Statins only suppress cholesterol while causing muscle pain and liver damage. But you'll never hear about nattokinase because it can't be patented.

Heart disease is still the #1 killer in the U.S. Statins (around since the late ’80s) help lower risk, but they’re not a cure. Now, people are exploring fibrinolytic enzymes from soy, earthworms, silkworms...and they seem to work! Introducing the fibrinolytic triad: (1/13)

I went through a period of really disliking Dawkins, but I’ve totally changed my mind recently now that I’ve realized that he’s just a super mega turbo autist on a whole new level. If you just take care of him and point him toward where his sandwich is, he’ll turn out some excellent content.

In 2018, I had a cholesterol of 330 and my doctor wanted to put me on statins but I refused. Thankfully, I did my hundreds of hours of research on YouTube and created my own plan of attack with Niacin & Red Yeast Rice which got it down to 230 naturally! Big Pharma is LYING to everyone!

Why hasn’t nattokinase replaced statins? Joe Rogan discussed a study where 1,062 people took it for a year. Ultrasound showed their arterial plaque shrank 36%. This enzyme stops new blockages and reverses existing plaque. Why not mainstream yet?

As fewer people are booked into Travis County jail, more people are killed. The jail is not "over crowded." It currently has room for about 400 more criminals.

teaching degrees might be more justifiable if education departments were not liable to fall for every pop psychology scam that crosses their path.

The Biden Admin literally established a “Ministry of Truth.” It was called the “Disinformation Governance Board” so as to not be too on the nose. Have you studied Soviet history? If not, I’d recommend Reflections on a Ravaged Century by Robert Conquest as a primer, then when you’re REALLY ready you can hit The Gulag Archipelago. Abridged for starters, that one should still get the point across.

Zero regrets about voting for Trump. Good grief. People have too short of memories. I have a lot of grievances but real life isn’t measured by utopia, it’s measured by the alternate reality - which was gulags.

You don't hear as much about Austin's SXSW anymore. It was a lot of fun in the 2010s. Now apparently it's just 1 week instead of 2 and it's just kind of...there. I went on their website and it looks dated. Very millennial. Very 2015. Hasn't kept up with the times.

True story, I have a friend in Austin who once worked in the department at the State of Texas that verified birth certificates… he told me the wildest shit, and it all seemed like (in his opinion…) that the names simply came from people looking at some chart of human biology that was on the wall of the room they were staying in when they named their child. This one backs up that claim, but from his stories, Areola was my favorite.

I just started with the question of “are you able to evaluate the SEO quality of given website?” And it led me down a series of paths where I then specified my specialty, website address, my primary competitors and targeted keywords, and it laid out a ton of things I could do. I used Grok.
