Instead of accepting that you have delivered completely different ordered item and returning back my money, you are sending me email that my money will not be refunded.

Now they are saying they are unable to return the item. I don't know how this harrasment will get stopped. I made altogether 4-5 calls and everytime I was asked for 48hrs to hold untill my last date of returned passed. Now they are saying that returned will not be done. Plz help.

In the computerised reservation system of Indian Railways, there is a provision for allotting lower berth automatically to senior citizens and female passengers above the age of 45 years./pregnant women. It is, however, subject to availability of such lower berths at the time of booking.
In the trains also, ticket checking staff is authorised to allot lower berths falling vacant to such senior citizens who have been allotted middle/upper berth due to non-availability of lower berths at the time of booking.
It is also informed that at the time of booking reserved tickets through internet, there is a provision to opt for booking only if lower berth is available. In such case ticket shall be booked only if lower berth is available.

And i got all three seats on upper side seat. How can a lady travel with an infant on such a high seat?
