Honestly, the biggest impact of this bike taxi ban is not being felt by companies. It is being felt by ordinary Marathi Manus who were depending on this work to survive in Mumbai. For thousands of riders this was the income that helped them pay rent, school fees, medical bills and household expenses with dignity.
