@NH4NU @ImMeme0 There are many hospice facilities. My dad and brother were in one. These facilities are open 24/7. When end of life is near, many people end up at a facility, where the patient can be given pain meds that have to be administered by a doctor or nurse.

California man was trying to get information about taxpayer-funded hospice care. After being unable to reach the facility by phone, he went to the office in person, which Google listed as open. When he arrived, a staff member spoke to him through an intercom and said the office was closed. When he asked where the facility was actually located, the staffer told him that information was “protected” and that he would need to log into their website for details. The problem? The website offered very little information.

Sounds Iike you're defending the fact that they are closed during business hours, can't provide info to clients and have no website. Wake up.

@mrs_larocque @ImMeme0 Wrong!! My sister was in hospice and so was my father in law and it was just like a smaller hospital where you could come to visit whenever you wanted. There are nurses and doctors there. Yes, hospice does home health but they also have facilities like a hospital.
