@splashsquelch Evening Matt, very sorry for the delay to your journey. This is due to a late running train being in front of this one. It is still scheduled to be running but we are waiting for an ETA. - Celia
@sainsburys smart shop a nice idea, but so few staff are trained, whenever it wants checking it takes 5 times longer than just using checkout. Need to up your game a bit (and tell your security guards about it, too, some obviously have no clue about it).
@BristolAirport could you give an indication how long your queues for security are this afternoon? Nothing scientific, just a kind of “way longer than usual”, “normal”, etc kind of note. Given the media reports …..thanks.
@Eurostar as your website keeps claiming on time departures from Paris to London, the truth is that a failed train is blocking the entrance to Gare du N., and nothing is going anywhere. Why don't you give any public accurate info?
@Eurostar you'd have to admit it's pretty silly to show 1913 Paris to London on your website as physically departed, and in the station as delayed by unlimited amount increasing every 15 mins!
@SW_Help Is my ticket WRM-BRI route "only via DCW" valid to change trains at Upwey instead of Dorchester South, or would that constitute a double-back? I want less awkward change than walk across town.
