Hello Tesla friends, what would you do?? Should I take advantage of this trade in estimate for my Cyberbeast with all the miles, or just ride it out until the wheels fall off!? 2 months ago trade in was $73,200 now its $81,900! My VIN is 11,000* Model X is the only Tesla I haven't owned yet!😏

I wouldn’t go so far as to call it dishonorable, but it’s generally good to try and delight your customers. The introduction of this trim has felt adversarial. Like we are trying to steal the truck from Tesla before they notice

This move would have destroyed a stock Tesla Model Y. Ripped off the front lower valence and left behind thousands in damage. With 30% more ground clearance and significantly more aggressive approach and departure angles… Rivian R2 will be an instant hit!

I’ve had my Model Y Performance since Dec 17, but have only driven it 5 days (because of service, vacation, and until today, getting the paint protected). I just picked it up from the detailer. XPEL Fusion Plus ceramic and XPEL XR Plus ceramic tinting (20%) applied. 🤩

@TechOperator Correct. EVs debut-->amusing. CARB mandates against ICE cars-->threatening. EV incentives handing taxpayer money to EV owners-->infuriating. Now that Teslas are mature products, CARB has been nerfed, and the EV incentives are no more, Teslas can be appreciated for being awesome.

Are conservatives anti-EV? Most of my conservative friends don't have a problem with EVs per-se, they just don't want to be told what to drive and are against the tax incentives and mandates. What say you?

@OutofSpecDetail Potholes: MY Juniper avoids them pretty well. M3 (no bumper cam) takes 'em like a champ. I know other posts have said the front bumper cam is not for road debris/potholes, but my experience says otherwise.

Been playing around with FSD v14.2.1 since got a free trail of it…. Pretty impressive BUT…A couple of take aways: -Miss having the ability to limit max speed -FLYS through dips and harsh railroad crossings even in “Chill & Standard” -I swear it hit every single pothole between my house and my work Cool tech, but I’d rather just drive. I bought a Performance for a reason!

❗️Just checked out the brand-new 2026 Model Y Performance… here's my quick review. ❌ What I hated • All the random gloss black pieces. – Front lower bumper = gloss black – Rear diffuser = gloss black – Mirrors = gloss black Meanwhile, the wheels + handles + side trim are matte… → It’s a total mismatch when you see it in person. This actually made my PPF decision way easier… I’m 100% going full matte/stealth PPF to fix all the gloss. 🔥 What I loved: • The seats. The new bolsters are phenomenal — if you’re tall, you’re gonna love these. • More aggressive styling. This actually looks like a “Performance” now. • Matte carbon fiber spoiler is sick 👌 What surprised me • Build quality looked much better than past Y • The bigger screen is nice • Seats are honestly the MVP — the comfort jump is real Model Y Performances are hitting showrooms everywhere now. If you’ve seen it in person — what did YOU think?

You can put this S3XY Dash anywhere. I find that this location is the best. You can still reach it if you need to and you see it above the steering wheel. Requires routing the cable under the cloth dash but works well.

@OutofSpecDetail @cybrtrkguy How do you get the Bosch Icons to fit Tesla cars? None of the adapters that come with the Icons work (at least for me). Am I missing something?

Why are replacement wipers from Tesla $60, but only $16 on Amazon? Is there really a 4x quality improvement between the two?

@SawyerMerritt FSD v14.1.4. It was going about 40-ish, then it started slowing down (I didn't know why at first).

@SawyerMerritt Same thing happened to me. Pitch black country road (zero street lights).

Tesla on FSD (Supervised) V14.1.4 was able to spot this deer on the side of the road and slow down. Doesn’t look like the person manually driving the other car saw it. (sent from a follower)
