So, @se_railway. What are we doing with this? I just had to wait 48 minutes to catch a train that takes me to the next station - 3 minutes away to a staffed station due to the lack of assistance. You ruined your company culture so badly that station staff don't provide assistance anymore, but let customers wait for mobile assist to arrive.

@Londonist Parliament is no longer fit for purpose and will cost more to repair than replace. The HoC/HoL need to be replaced with circular designs; what we currently have are battlefields with two opposing forces facing each other, not debating chambers. Current building won't allow that.

@Se_Railway @Christiane Your failure to recognise the assertions being made here IS PART OF THE PROBLEM. Your company doesn't seem to realise that the Mobile Assistance Team concept is part of the rotten culture which allows platform staff to think they can get away without providing assistance.

@Christiane @squirrelpot We'd like nothing more than for our trains to all have level-boarding but the reality is, at the moment, that's not the case which is why we have things such as our Mobile Assistance team etc. We don't recognise the assertion you are making here - yes, things have sometimes 1/

At #StationGateway new 🚦lights are now installed including for the cycle tracks. Wonder how many cyclists will treat them as an optional instruction ⁉️I suspect I’m not alone with that thought or why else would you need to paint LOOK BOTH WAYS at a signal controlled crossing ⁉️

@allhailtwit @London_W4 "Stand" has a specific meaning here. It's not just (and needn't even be) a bus stop. It's where buses STAND at the start and end of their routes. They may STAND there for a considerable time while the driver has a break, urinates, defecates, eats, drinks, etc.

@London_W4 One thing to make one angry is why on this pic they call a bus stop a bus STAND, when the entire nation calls it a bus stop. Similarly, on a train we are told to remain seated until the train comes to a complete STAND. If you see something that isn't right ...

Have you noticed that every day you are bombarded by news about this and that which makes you angry? You respond on here, you press like and retweet everything you can to make your point. Then there’s another thing which makes you angry. And another. And another. And guess what? All the time you’re responding to these stories, every single MP is getting richer. All of them are raking in the money from their interests (companies and people who donate vast sums for apparently no reason other than that they like them). They’re all getting richer and you’re getting poorer. And those stories keep coming and you keep shouting at your phone and they keep getting richer. Forever.

Unbooked assistance is every bit as important, indeed more important, than booked assistance. Redress is simple - it is an auxiliary aid therefore failure in any assistance is a discriminatory breach of the Equality Act, attracting Vento discrimination. Nothing unclear here.
