Solitary lesion on the back of an elderly patient resembling seborrheic keratosis. Often crateriform, Irregular keratohyalin granules and indistinct cell borders. Epidermolytic acanthoma.

Tattoo is on the differential, but there are yellow plump stringy fibers, and the pigment is hovering around the adnexa and it is almost attaching itself to those fibers.
