Gran Canaria passport control/immigration this weekend for those who don’t live in the EU. This is not about Brexit per se although you will find many who blame it. There are simply many non-Schengen (mainly non-EU) citizens arriving at the same time. Especially given the €395 million invested that has resulted in hundreds of machines not even working. The EU should suspend this system for the summer otherwise many nationalities will face longer and longer queues. Greece has already abandoned it. Others need to follow.

🚨🇪🇺 June 12, 2026: the EU Migration Pact goes FULLY live. Brussels will get MORE power to decide how many asylum seekers each country must take or fund. They call it “solidarity.” Translation? Less national control, more EU control, and mass migration pushed across Europe.

I have not seen anybody talking about what’s going on in Canada right now. This man was pulled over and told by police that he had to come with them because a psychiatrist labeled him “certifiable.” No paperwork, no rule of law, just a doctor saying that if he didn’t come with him right then and there that he would be arrested. The fact that a government could do this is terrifying.

Another stabbing in broken Britain. A WOMAN and a man, both in their 30s, are fighting for their lives after they were reportedly stabbed in a village, as the cops arrest a teenage boy. Derbyshire Police were called to Henry Street in Grassmoor at 8.15pm on May 24. Officers have arrested a 17-year-old boy who is in police custody. A number of roads have been closed in the area as detectives carry out their investigation. The force is now appealing for witnesses and anyone with information to come forward, particularly those who may have CCTV, doorbell footage or dashcam recordings from the area at the time.

The government is adding folic acid to all UK flour by law this December. They call it a public health win. What they are not telling you is that folic acid is not folate. Folic acid is the synthetic oxidised form of vitamin B9. To become usable, the body has to convert it using an enzyme called DHFR into 5-methyltetrahydrofolate, the active form your cells can actually work with. A significant portion of the population carries variants of the MTHFR gene that impair this conversion. Enzyme activity can drop by up to 70 percent. Unmetabolised folic acid accumulates in the blood instead. I carry an MTHFR variant. Most people who do have no idea. They eat their fortified bread and assume they are getting folate. They are not. They are accumulating a synthetic compound their body cannot process efficiently. No screening. No individual consideration. No acknowledgement that the conversion pathway exists. Just mandatory fortification for every single person in the country. Real folate is found in food. Liver is the most concentrated source and it delivers folate already in the active 5-MTHF form. No conversion needed. No gene variant problem. They are adding a synthetic vitamin to a food that drives metabolic dysfunction and calling it progress. I don’t eat bread anymore but if you still eat bread, choose 100% wholemeal, rye, or ancient grain varieties like spelt or einkorn. These are exempt from the law.
