1. The president ignores the courts.
2. The courts stop the will of the people.

It's not the randos that worry me.
The institutional hard core radical Left is watching the Democrat party collapse - their only vehicle for political legitimacy, and they ran it into the ground.
They don't care, but they will not give up. They are committed revolutionaries. I expect that as the weather warms, we are going to see a network of 'encampments' and riots and daily protests that get violent and block traffic and worse.a
But I think at a certain moment, they will get out of control somewhere. They may seek to force a state of emergency due to mass civil unrest to delegitimize Trump.
Whatever they are going to do, it will happen soon. I don't think they will overthrow the govt, rather I think they will try and damage Trump badly be making him be more authoritarian.

A better strategy is to start where you can get a fast win so your credibility and public support is high enough to take on the military. You also want to move fast and “break things” before the bureaucracy can mount a solid defense. If you need to correct later, that’s just common sense. And you want the smartest people to do the work (IQs 140-180), not the government “experts” clocking in at 100-120. Musk rarely, if ever, gets process wrong. It’s his secret sauce. And he’s a fast-fixer if the system wobbles. The rest of us can watch and learn. He’s printing a new DNA for government and business efficiency. The process Musk is showing us will have more long term economic value than the budget savings. I have never felt more American.
