$OCUL Eylea has about a one week half life. Thus, HD at 8mg versus 2mg effectively adds two weeks to duration. Neither HD nor Vabysmo can offer comparable duration to Axpaxli, or the reduced treatment burden. The question at this point moves to whether FDA will approve Axpaxli. The P-value on the primary endpoint, lack of confounding factors suggests and AE's, Axpaxli will be approved. Let us know if any disagree.
