AI is absolutely insane. We are opening our 3rd business in a few months, currently doing architect plans for it. Spent 30 minutes on ChatGPT yesterday having it help me create architect and design plans Sent them over to my architect and she was absolutely BLOWN away. We are paying her $20k btw. haha Unfortunately can't submit actual ChatGPT plans to the city lol.

@Micro2Macr0 @CeraGibson Closed loop systems similar to those made by BAC do still have an evaporative water element. It’s like ‘sprinkling’ water on your car radiator heat exchanger. Evaporation is more thermally efficient than air cooling alone. There is some water usage but not the end of showers. 🤦🏼‍♂️

Pretty crazy how much more efficient your capital can be used in Tasty. Take my account for example. Roughly 8x return difference on capital. I used just under $19,000 of buying power to collect $1,639 in options premium. That same amount of puts in a Robinhood cash account would have taken $154,600. Tasty Return = 8.69% Cash Secured Put = 1.06% Yes yes I know trading comes with risks and to manage accordingly but once you see these kind of returns you can’t unsee it. Capital efficiency is so important.
