Today, one of my dreams came true: I made it onto the Forbes 30 Under 30 list. I received the email at 13:00, read it, sat in silence for a moment, smiled, maybe even shed a tear for everything that’s happened over the past 29 years. Then, I got back to work. Life’s not about 100% wins. It’s about staying motivated through the losses, finding joy in the process, and pushing forward no matter what. We keep building. We keep growing. #ForbesUnder30

If you travel frequently, these tips are for you 👇

💡 8 tips to save money on hotel bookings. 1. Book in advance Booking your hotel early is one of the easiest ways to save money. Many hotels offer early-bird discounts, while waiting until the last minute is risky, especially during peak seasons or major events, when prices usually increase instead of dropping. 2. Be flexible with your travel dates If your schedule allows, compare prices across a few different dates. Even moving your trip by one or two days can make a noticeable difference, especially around weekends, holidays, and conferences when demand is much higher. 3. Look for package deals Booking your flight, hotel, and sometimes even a rental car together can often reduce the total cost. Besides saving money, it also makes planning your trip much easier by keeping everything in one booking. 4. Join hotel loyalty programs Most hotel chains reward repeat guests with points that can be exchanged for free nights, room upgrades, breakfast, late check-out, and other perks. 5. Use travel reward credit cards Many credit cards offer hotel points or travel cashback on everyday spending. Just make sure the rewards outweigh the annual fee, especially if you don't travel frequently. 6. Compare prices across platforms The same hotel room is often sold at different prices on different booking platforms. Hotels negotiate separate rates with each OTA, so comparing multiple sources before booking can save you a significant amount. 7. Subscribe to hotel newsletters Hotels frequently send exclusive promotions, discount codes, and limited-time offers directly to their subscribers. Even if you're already part of their loyalty program, newsletters often include additional deals that aren't publicly advertised. 8. Book through @NOMADZxyz Nomadz compares prices across dozens of the world's largest OTAs in real time and highlights the best available deal. You can save up to 50% on accommodation, plus an additional 5% by paying with crypto. Every booking also earns loyalty rewards. Comment "Nomad" below, and I'll send you a 5% discount code via DM for your next booking.

Booking and Airbnb made $12B in Q1 2026. Travellers made $0. I've been working in crypto since 2016, and in 2020 I became a digital nomad. Since then, I've lived in 30+ countries, booked 300+ stays, and spent over $100,000 on accommodation. What did I get in return from traditional travel platforms? A few coupons that expired within weeks... These platforms generate billions from our bookings, yet do very little to reward loyalty or create long-term value for their users. Some of the biggest problems I see: - Pricing isn't truly fair (inflated margins, geolocation pricing, payment fees) - No meaningful loyalty program - No real community (have you ever seen initiatives built for travellers?) - No crypto payments (millions of Web3 users simply can't use them) - No concierge support - Almost no solutions for B2B travel That's why, together with @vlad_nomadz, we built @NOMADZxyz. We set out to solve these problems: - Up to 50% discounts with no geo restrictions - A Nomad ID that remembers your trips and rewards every booking - A community-first ecosystem - Pay with crypto or fiat (crypto payments save 5%) - Personal concierge support on request - Dedicated solutions for business and employee travel And we're just getting started. Next on our roadmap: - Flight bookings - Support for more payment methods - A dedicated B2B booking platform - An AI travel agent that books trips for you If you're tired of travel platforms that don't reward loyal users, check out Nomadz via the link in the comments and start traveling smarter. 💡 Bonus: The first 50 people to comment "I travel smart" and send the email they used to register on Nomadz will receive a random amount of XP (100-1,000 XP) in their account.

In 5 years, almost everyone will book travel through AI agents. For years, booking a trip has looked almost the same: 1. Open 10 tabs 2. Compare prices 3. Check locations 4. Read reviews 5. Book AI is about to change that forever! After reading several reports from @skift, I don't think this is how we'll be booking travel much longer. The biggest shift isn't that AI will become another travel platform. It's that AI is becoming the interface between travelers and every booking platform. Instead of spending hours comparing hotels, people will simply ask: "Find me a hotel in Singapore, close to Token2049, under $250/night, with a gym and free cancellation.” The AI will search dozens of providers, compare prices, understand your preferences, and return only a handful of options that actually fit. According to Skift's research: - 2 out of 3 travelers already use AI somewhere in their booking journey. - Hotels are already treating AI search as a new distribution channel - The long-term winners will be companies with the best data As the Co-Founder of @NOMADZxyz, this made me realize something: travel companies won't compete on who has AI integrated. They'll compete on who has: - the best inventory - the best prices - the strongest loyalty programs - the most convenient payment options AI will only become the interface. I believe this will be one of the biggest shifts the travel industry, and we're only at the very beginning. What do you think, will travelers still browse booking websites, or will most trips start with a conversation with an AI assistant?

Want to save 30–50% on your next trip? Book in advance! As the Co-Founder of @NOMADZxyz, I spend a significant part of my year traveling to conferences as both a speaker and an attendee. In the first half of 2026 alone, I traveled to ~10 conferences and industry events and saved over $1,500 simply by booking my accommodation early. One lesson has remained constant: the earlier I book, the more I save. Here are the biggest reasons why. 1. Better prices Hotels adjust prices based on demand. Booking a few months ahead often means securing significantly lower rates before inventory becomes scarce. 2. More choice The best hotels, apartments, and locations disappear first. Booking early gives you access to the properties you actually want instead of settling for what's left. 3. Better booking conditions Early reservations often come with added benefits such as free breakfast, flexible cancellation policies, room upgrades, or other promotions. 4. Less stress Having accommodation secured months in advance lets you focus on the conference, meetings, and trip itself instead of searching for overpriced last-minute options. 5. Huge savings during peak periods Conference weeks, holidays, and major events can double hotel prices overnight. Booking early can easily save 30–50% compared to last-minute reservations. 6. Businesses save even more This is especially important for teams attending conferences or corporate events. Planning accommodation in advance reduces travel costs, simplifies budgeting, and helps keep the entire team in one place. A few habits that consistently help me save money: - Set hotel price alerts - Book flexible or refundable rates when possible - Compare multiple booking platforms - Plan conference trips as early as possible - Never assume the cheapest rate will still be available next month At Nomadz, we built our platform around these same principles. You can book hotels with fiat or crypto, often find rates below major Web2 platforms, and save even more by paying with crypto. On top of that, you can earn rewards for every booking. I'll share a 5% discount code with the first 25 people who comment below. How far in advance do you usually book your accommodation?
