@ScottishPower still no call from ‘my dedicated complaint handler’ (according to my account the fourth one in 8 weeks) no details provided of how to contact them as my emails are not returned. After 8 weeks I’d just like the decency of returning my call @MartinSLewis

@SP_EnergyPeople @MoneyTelegraph 7 weeks and 6 days, numerous call back requests to @ScottishPower and they just blank customer complaints. Shambles of a company

@ScottishPower yet again you have failed to contact me re my complaint. Second call back request gone by. 7 weeks 6 days since complaint gone in and still useless. Absolute shambles

@O2 could you sort out your customer service? Just spent 15 minutes on the phone, 15 minutes on live chat and you still can’t get my address correct! I’m only trying to buy something from you!
