@marriedmn Modern marriage is a disgrace for men. Women act like adversaries and competitors rather than helpers. They second guess men’s every decision. It easier for a man to deal with his boss at work that with his wife, and she is supposed to be his helper.

Went to Mass at a very good N.O. parish today and the homily was about discerning priesthood. It was a great homily, but sadly literally all servers at this Mass were girls. Very obviously part of the problem, so I thought the pastor wasted a good opportunity to mention that.

@HumbleFlow I grew up Catholic, divorce (Dad beat my mom, Church said NO DIVORCE) so when my mom divorced, we became Methodist. Now back as Catholic. The nonsense most protestants believe about Catholics is insane, and yes, Catholics are not perfect as are priest.

When I was growing up Catholic, no one ever told us to be anti-Protestant. I don’t remember anyone even mentioning them much.  If they did, it was more like, "They go to a different church."

I have chosen to drive my Tesla on FSD multiple times instead of flying. In the past year, I’ve done multiple ~20-hour days driving continuously on FSD, covering over 1,000 miles daily without ever needing to touch the steering wheel. We just took a trip from Toronto to Nashville as well. It was 900 miles one way, which we completed in a single day (18 hours), and it was way more economical (and fun) than flying. Before that, I did Toronto to Austin, TX (3,200 miles round trip) TWICE in July and November — all in my Model 3 Performance. Would I attempt these drives without FSD? No way. I literally push a button on the screen, and the car handles all the charging stops, traffic, navigation, and everything. It’s so easy. If you’re an avid road tripper, there’s no better car to do it in than a Tesla.

This madam leads nearly 100 million Anglicans worldwide. If she asks to visit the Pope, he’s not going to turn her away. That’s simple Christian hospitality and the ecumenism the Church has taught for decades. Her praying at the tombs of Peter and Paul, or standing with bishops, is just one baptized Christian praying. It doesn’t mean the Catholic Church is compromising anything. Women can never be priests. Full stop. That doctrine is definitive and unchanging. Whatever she does or claims in Anglicanism stays in Anglicanism. It has zero effect on Catholic teaching. There’s no need to get this emotional over a visit and some photos. The Church has held the faith for 2,000 years through far worse. Calm down, pray for genuine unity in truth, and watch how things unfold.
