Are there any H4 visa holders who continue to tweet #h4eaddelay even after getting their EADs approved? I see most disappear and only reappear once EAD is pending again. Same goes for all Indians getting GCs. If you do not care about the community, why do you expect others to?

@IamDilluu @gsiskind That's no excuse. They knew by summer 2020 there'd be more EB AOS than usual this fiscal year, yet they only started to process them now? Why didn't they make a plan to process them promptly? We all have found ways to do our jobs during COVID, and USCIS must too.

EB green card applicants have been asking USCIS to accept medical exam evidence after it issues green cards. This month, it did this exact thing... but only for Afghan SIVs. Happy for the SIVs, but why not use this to save some of the 100-150K EBs? fam.state.gov/FAM/09FAM/09FA…

@USCIS my H4 and h4ead was split to 2 diff centers citing load distribution - can we not do something similar? After 14 years of waiting we will get an EAD in 1 year and wait another 5 years for GC? What madness is this? #endgreencardbacklog

@jwhollis 70 minutes is good! I had 132 minutes hold yday! And guess what, it’s only an indicative time - obviously they trick you by coming on 20 mins earlier - if you are not responding on the first voice from the agent - it’s lights off. And you start all over again

Important update: the hold time for the USCIS customer “service” line is 70 minutes this morning.

@Human67937682 @immigrationgirl DOS can do only what they can do. USCIS needs to come up to speed, use data required to pull folks based on PD and assign them GCs without wasting time on I-765 and Advaced Parole!

@immigrationgirl they are just matching the dates, without considering who actually gets the GC. Nothing 'good' in it so far.

DOS did a pretty good job of predicting where the final action dates would be at the end of the fiscal year when they put out the Oct 2020 visa bulletin. #immigration

@enlight74524489 @immigrationgirl That is exactly my question! Where we not told that once the initial quotas for the EBs are satisfied, it’s then based ONLY on Priority dates? There is no pattern here. It’s causing more confusion as folks with PD Aug 2011 from EB2 are still waiting while 2013 is getting GC.

@USCIS Thank you @USCIS ! Even better please adjudicate i-485 applications wherever the beneficiary is already current on Final action date. Processing thousands of C9 EADs of folks who are receiving Greencard in 2 weeks is a terrible waste of time. Make it count - save the GC Numbers!

@FrescoLeon @MHackman You should watch @PressSec 's reaction to being asked about aging out documented dreamers. She was clearly clueless about this issue and thought it was about DACA instead. More so when got a response back for the reported it was we need to do something abt it but its not priority

Sorry to get so worked up, but this story by @MHackman and the lack of any official reaction to it have made me very sad!
