AI will reduce the cost of providing healthcare to essentially $0 It will be better care than the best doctor alive can do And it’ll be hyper personalized You’ll have agents that coordinate your entire journey from diagnostics to prescriptions to labs to visits, 100% aligned to your needs and not the design of the legacy system

Surrendered? Do you even realize what entities you’re comparing? Do you understand leverage? The world literally depends on China for its economy, does it on India? China is nearly a third of global manufacturing. India is a dwarfish 3%. Think before you outrage! 🤦🏽‍♂️
Jaswinder kaur@TheReal_Jassi

Can Narendra Modi come on National TV and say that India does not recognise USA’s sanctions and will buy oil from Russia & Iran? No. Because Modi has surrendered.

@itsAdityaT Syria, Egypt, Iraq, Iran, India can shout from the rooftops about their past - Nobody will care till you do something amazing TODAY. You will see how interest in China's ancient culture peaks when people see their dazzling new cities today.

I don't understand why people are obsessed with Rome and vatican since most of the construction is 500 years old approx while ancient Indian temples are more than 20,000 years old. Have we failed to market us?

The world has moved on from these kinds of images as some sort of flex in the early 20th century itself. Almost as bad as showing a McDonald's as a sign of 'development' in 2026. Better alternative: The beautiful CST station's architecture leading seamlessly to the state of the art metro line.

Nowhere else in the world will a posh coastal road with ultra wealthy walkers see such sights. Only in India. I know I keep saying this all the time but the problem isn't "enforcement". The problem is default casteist mindset that it's someone else's job to clean my trash.

Both these problems will get solved once 🇮🇳 crosses $20k PcGDP PPP. A big reason for lack of cleanliness & lack of respect is poverty. Low resources don't allow adequate budget for cleanliness & education while at same time as citizens are poor, bureaucracy doesn't respect them.
Ramesh Srivats@rameshsrivats

I think India will get solved with just 2 things: 1. Cleanliness: Clean the streets. Punish the litterers. 2. Respect: Treat the citizen with respect. FIRs are lodged. Complaints are addressed. Every government official has a body cam. Just two things. Can be done in two years.

@brahma_4u Absolute numbers, yes. But China built that on state-directed lending, suppressed wages, and 30 years of WTO access before anyone pushed back. India's manufacturing is growing faster right now with private capital. The 10x gap shrinks faster than most people expect.

I would, dear reader, point out that the trash bins are full. The last few users clearly had to push their trash into the bins. Notice also that people Actually walked up to the bins and threw their trash near the bins when they found the bins overflowing. Clearly these people understood the concept of a trash bins. Now normally the municipal body would’ve held to account. In India, it is the Indian who is held to account. Because the brown person is presumed “uncivilised” and is in need of “correction”.

Namami Gange
Namami Gange@cleanganganmcg·
Majority of Ganga's pollution comes from one source. Sewage from the cities and towns along its banks. That is why our answer has not been symbolic, but structural. 218 sewerage projects sanctioned across 10 states. ₹35,794 crore committed. 6,610 MLD of treatment capacity being built. 5,238 km of new sewer networks being laid. 4,260 MLD is already operational. Another 2,348 MLD is under construction. Together that accounts for nearly every drop of capacity sanctioned. This is what Namami Gange actually is. Not just a campaign. Not just an awareness drive. But a pipe-and-plant network the size of which India has never built before for a single river. Stop the sewage. Recover the resource. Monitor the performance. That is how a river gets its life back. @IndianTechGuide @Indianinfoguide @IndianIndex

@jcrajan00 ACs are 60% of domestic demand - so around 15% of total demand. 40% of demand is industrial. Peak day time demand is and will be met by solar. So you basically have an near term problem between 5 and 8pm. You need differential pricing, by time of day.

@the_1st_atom Summer temperatures 3-5°C above normal in April-May. AC penetration jumped from 6% to 12% in 5 years. Every 1°C above 40 adds roughly 5-7 GW of demand. CEA data shows peak demand hit 260 GW on Apr 28 — that's the number to track.

The most dangerous chart in Indian economics right now is not inflation, not fiscal deficit, not current account. It is the gap between electricity demand forecast and actual demand. CEA projected 270 GW peak by 2030. We hit 277 GW in May 2026. The forecast was wrong by 4 years. This is not a grid problem. This is an everything problem. Every coal contract was signed assuming 270 GW by 2030. Every transmission line was planned for 270 GW by 2030. Every battery storage tender was sized for 270 GW by 2030. Every solar park was designed assuming a certain evening ramp. All of it is now undersized. By 4 years. In an industry where building a power plant takes 5 years and a transmission line takes 3. The companies that understood this 12 months ago — NTPC, Adani Power, JSW Energy, Torrent Power — are up 80-200 percent. The companies still building for the old forecast will be left behind. India's electricity demand is not growing linearly. It is compounding. Every new data centre, every EV charger, every induction cooktop, every air conditioner adds to a demand curve that was already 4 years ahead of plan. The next 277 GW to 350 GW will happen faster than 200 to 277.
