@Budget I was charged $450 cleaning fee due to smoke smell when I returned my rental. 1st, I don’t smoke. 2nd, I loathe the smell of cigarette, & 3rd Michael from your customer service helped with the charges. He was very kind and helpful. Not sure if I will rent again. #mistake
