@IndiGo6E seems like for the recent trip which my parents took with indigo, your staff gave them the worst cold sandwiches. Also, did not give any drink and did not even ask if they needed drink.
This happened on flight 6E 6485 . Utterly disappointed with such non sense.

1. I received the flowers 3 hours before the selected time slot which I had asked so flowers are not withered.

@GrabSG I am unable to understand what is wrong in giving a direct response. I have waited 6 hours since my last message. There is no accountability from GRAB on a basic request.
I just asked what amount was refunded. Just circling around the first stupid response. This is pathetic.

@GrabSG I never expected this response from you. I had been using GRAB since 2017 and never faced a single problem. However, I am much disappointed on the responses I got.
You are charging customer for something that was cancelled by GRAB agent ! Does this make any sense?
