This is standard terrible business listing. Distribution business which generally have thin margins w terrible working capital dynamics. Entire business is the owner’s relationships.
$700k plus inventory which if i had to guess is another $500k so $1.2mm for less than $200k cash flow.

The backstory here is that the Squamish people of what is now Vancouver were illegally dispossessed of this land a century ago.
They sued, got their land back, and used their sovereignty to ignore local zoning rules and build 6,000 new homes over the objections of nearby NIMBYs.

The cybertruck seats kind of suck tbh. If a vehicle costs 80-100k there must be atleast an option to get seats made from endangered animals instead of ‘vegan leather’. And the cooling/ventilation doesn’t really work.

At a time when many automakers are scaling back their EV lineups and investments, it's nice to see a solid EV offering at a more attainable price (relatively speaking). Overall, I think the R2 is a compelling package for a lot of people.
Honda said today that they're cancelling three EVs that were set to launch in the U.S. due to "market conditions" and will write down $15.7 billion in EV investments. This is on top of the $19.5B EV write down from Ford, $26B from Stellantis, and $6B for GM, for a total of $67 billion.
Hopefully Rivian can figure out how to mass produce the R2 profitably. I'd much rather them be an independent company than having to be acquired by another brand and put under some legacy corporate umbrella (like VW, Stellantis, etc).
