@FrontierCorp @Verizon You dug an 8-foot hole in my yard with no notice. I’m not a customer. Spent hours calling, got bounced between departments, and no one could tell me why I wasn’t notified. Your contractor says they only notify if YOU tell them to. So… why didn’t you?

@AskFrontier I understand the process of the right of way of the easement. My concern and my post doesn’t say anything about damages or repairs, my post was about the fact that 1. I spent hours going no where 2. That you guys choose not to give me a courtesy heads-up about the construction.
