I myself, living in one of the richest counties in the country had to travel 45 min to the nearest center

A long time ago I found a person who claimed he was a pedo who never acted on his impulses but also was scared to death of trying to find a way to get help because he was afraid of how it would destroy his life to be found out even if he was not acting on it at all. He was afraid of asking his church for help because of how rampant it was among the clergy and didn't know how that particular confession would go and was trying to find a therapist who might help him stop his feelings but who knows how that turned out. Basically the gist of his posting was to ask anyone who knew anything about resources to help overcome that to reach out since he only felt comfortable asking for help anonymously

Fair question. Yes, editors, marketers, distributors, and crew were paid market wages through voluntary contracts, the same way any job works. Without JK Rowling’s story or George Lucas’s universe, those roles and paychecks largely wouldn’t have existed at that scale. The 'invisible workers shorted' idea assumes the value was created equally by everyone involved, so the top must have taken too much. But the scarce input was actually the original idea + risk that resonated with billions of voluntary buyers. That’s why the creator captured more, not because others were exploited, but because consumers freely rewarded the creation. If every team effort means the leader’s share is unethical, then almost no scaled creative or business success could ever be ethical. What would 'fair' look like in practice? I still don't get it

When people say, no billionaire has “ethical wealth”? What exactly do they mean? JK Rowling became a billionaire from writing books. George Lucas made his money from creating Star Wars. How is any of these unethical?
