Absolutely perfect analysis by the teacher. CBSE has failed to provide proper training and instruction before OSM. Specially in numerical step marking has affected the marks of students most. In many questions there were 6 to 8 steps where it could be finished in 2 to three steps

बंगाल में एक आदमी की फल फ्रूट की मशहूर दुकान थी..
गर्मी में एक ग्राहक उसकी दुकान पर तरबूज लेने आया..
ग्राहक ने कहा- एक मीठा और लाल तरबूज दे दो..
दुकानदार ने उसे एक तरबूज निकाल कर दे दिया..
ग्राहक ने बोला लाल तो निकलेगा ना..
दुकानदार ने कहा लाल कि तो पूरी गारंटी है नहीं तो वापस ले आना..
ग्राहक 12:00 बजे तरबूज ले गया था दिन में 2:00 बजे तमतमाते हुये वापस आया और बोला..
आपने बोला था कि यह लाल और मीठा निकलेगा यह तो सफेद और फीका है..
उस के पास उस समय बहुत ग्राहकों की भीड़ थी..
व्यापारी ने अपने मुख पर मुस्कान लाते हुये कहा कि भाई साहब आप क्यों गुस्सा करते हैं मैं तो इसी तरबूज को ढूँढ रहा था आज मैंने इसे बाहर से मंगाया था..
क्योंकि यह तरबूज तो शुगर फ्री तरबूज है और महंगा है परंतु यह गलती से आपके पास चला गया लेकिन कोई बात नहीं आप दूसरा ले लीजिये..
ग्राहक सकपका गया और बोला कि भाई साहब यह कितने रुपये किलो है..
दुकानदार बोला भाई साहब है तो महंगा पर आपको चाहिए तो उसी रेट में ले जाओ..
ग्राहक खुश होते हुए बोला कि भाई साहब मुझे यही पैक करके दे दो..
दुकानदार ने नौकर को बोला कि बेटा यह पैक कर दे..
दुकान पर काम करता हुआ नौकर यह देखकर अचंभा कर गया कि फीका तरबूज भी उस ग्राहक को उसी रेट में पकड़ा दिया जिसे गारंटी दे कर दिया गया था और ग्राहक बहुत खुश होकर वापस गया..

एक इंटरव्यू चल रहा था....नौकरी पहले ही बॉस के रिश्तेदार के लिये पक्की हो चुकी थी....लेकिन दिखावे के लिये इंटरव्यू तो लेना ही था..!
इसलिये ऐसे सवाल पूछे जा रहे थे जिनका कोई जवाब संभव नहीं था। एक के बाद एक उम्मीदवार आ रहे थे..जा रहे थे....!
फिर आख़री बंदे नंदू भाई की बारी आयी....
इंटरव्यू लेने वाला:--- आप नदी के बीच एक बोट पर हैं, और आपके पास दो कैंडल के अलावा कुछ भी नही है....
आपको एक कैंडल जलानी है,कैसे जलाओगे...??
नंदू कुछ देर तक सीरियसली सोचने के बाद बोला......सर, इसके तीन-चार सोल्युशन हो सकते हैं.
इंटरव्यू लेने वाले को बहुत आश्चर्य हुआ कि जिस सवाल का एक भी जवाब नही हो सकता,उसके तीन-चार जवाब कहां से आ गये...... उसने बोला बताओ....
नंदू का पहला अनोखा जवाब:---एक कैंडल को पानी में फेंक दो, then boat will become lighter (हल्की) और "lighter" से आप कैंडल जला सकते हैं.
इंटरव्यू लेने वाला(Shocked).......?
नंदू का दूसरा खतरनाक जवाब:---
Throw a candle up and catch it,
"Catches win the Matches",
using the matches that you win,
you can light the candle.....!!
Interviewer was speechless.....??
सर अभी तो एक उपाय और है......!

Jayant Narlikar is a renowned Indian astrophysicist who has made significant contributions to various fields of astronomy and cosmology. He developed the Hoyle-Narlikar theory of gravity with Sir Fred Hoyle, which is a conformal theory that incorporates Mach’s principle and the steady-state cosmology.
This theory proposes that the inertial mass of a particle depends on the masses of all other particles in the universe, and that the universe is constantly creating new matter. He proposed the concept of a creation field, which is a scalar field that accounts for the negative energy and stress associated with the continuous creation of matter in the universe. He applied this concept to explain the formation of supermassive black holes at the centers of galaxies, and predicted their existence in 1966, before they were confirmed by observations.
He constructed a model of the large-scale structure of the universe, which explained the observed distribution of radio sources and the presence of superclusters and voids. He also suggested that the cosmic microwave background radiation could be partly due to the thermal emission from intergalactic dust. Dr. Narlikar also initiated cosmology research in India and founded the Inter-University Centre for Astronomy and Astrophysics (IUCAA) in Pune, where he served as the director until 2003. He also mentored many young astronomers and popularized science through his books, films, and lectures. Jayant Narlikar is a recipient of many prestigious awards and honors, such as the Padma Bhushan, Padma Vibhushan, Kalinga Prize, Prix Jules Janssen, Maharashtra Bhushan, and Sahitya Akademi Award. He is also a fellow of several national and international academies of science.
