I'm sorry Tommy but I didn't realize this guy gave testimony twice: 1st for HSGAC, 2nd for the Task Force. Evidently between his 1st HSGAC testimony on 8/16/24 & the Task Force testimony he gave on 10/7/24, H2E completely changed his story about the 1st volley! I'm inclined to call the 10/7/24 BS based on H2's panic during 1-3.

In the footage you just posted, West H2 ducked from shot #1 84 ms before its audible arrived. That means the bullet flew by before he heard it, but I need to check other recordings to see what they have.
